It’s been a while…come in and close the door.

So you’ve probably noticed that the beard is back…and you’ve also probably noticed that I’m still fond of my hat!

I’ve been away for some time,but due to popular demand (a couple of friends asking where my blog is?!) I’ve decided to start writing again…cue the cheers…

Silence can sometimes be deafening…

Where have you been?

You may ask…(or you might not care less!!)
The answer is actually nowhere!
I became a father for the first time in June,my little boy ‘Dexter’ (named after the serial killer not the one with the laboratory!) has kept the good lady and I very busy!

Hopefully my Dexter won’t cling film me to a trestle table if I upset him in any way!

I’m still heavily involved in styling and all things fashion, and I’m still enjoying shopping for new clothes!… (It’s just there’s more baby clothes than my clothes now!)

The boy is already too cool for his own good!

I’m a big fan of Autumn (that’s Fall to my American readers!)
I love the colours,nice warm hues,fabrics and layering that come with the season.
We’ve had a long summer by British standards (2 months off and on!)
Normally we have at most 1 week of sunshine then rain,sleet then SNOW!!

Autumn fabrics seem that bit more luxurious,and this year it’s all about texture and print.
I won’t bore you with endless pictures of outfits,but I’ll give you just a few snippets of what’s hot right now!

For the blokes out there it’s all about dressing smarter,the Oxford shirt is back with a bang,just in richer colours to reflect the season,layered with tweeds and knitwear,signature prints across shirts and polos,are you brave enough to experiment?
